It has run a couple three times since he's been locked up. Granted it's a lot harder to get it going with no promotion, but the market cap is so low right now that it wouldn't take very much money on the ask to send it. Once it starts to move it attracts it's own attention and it actually has run that way more than once since last December when Ulsteen got arrested.
It could roar on the announcement of a takeover or buyout.
