IWorld Assurance Group, Worldgn is one of several Fabio "direct selling" private companies.

WDAS is an empty shell "with no direct operations" as stated in the 8-K/A for the new subsidiary that took the place of WGG.

Here's a run down on WDAS subsidiaries.

World Global Group was created in Florida(after Fabio took over WDAS from good ole' Vince Browne, a known share selling schemer(3 in the last 8 years) and was supposedly collecting licensing fees from powerclouds. Fabio put out claims of revenue in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters in PRs, but the numbers very rarely matched up. Those claims of revenue have stopped because this month(Dec.) Fabio approved selling WGG to another of his private companies that had never been mentioned before. That info. is in the new public "subsidiary" 8-K/A as filed with the SEC.
So WGG is gone so no more licensing fees, but the new subsidiary is supposedly going to make $100 for each Space Computer sold because of another license agreement, when they become available, but Fabio has them listed on private company websites as all his companies are "direct selling" companies.

So, out with WGG and in with a new 1.

Then there are 3 different CellAd "companies." 1 created in Nevada by the outgoing CEO that Vince and Sean replaced, 1 in Ireland and 1 in Delaware that is actually a Vincent Browne creation called World Acq. that Vince approved the acquisition of by 1 of the public share selling schemes he's run in the past but like I said has been renamed CellAd and is now supposedly part of WDAS along with the other 2 CellAds.

Then there is World Global Assets, a private Fabio company that he approved the acquisition of. It is supposedly a Singapore company with a New York virtual office which is just as well because last time I looked does not have a license to operate in New York anyway.

Worldgn is another "direct selling" Fabio private company. There's been a bunch of Fabio's private company names thrown around here as "DD."
