Right now, a lot hasn't happened which is why the PPS has dropped. However, based upon the last PR there is a possibility that a lot is going on behind the scenes. Either way, we can't predicted their success until at least the end of January... which at a minimum we expect them to officially file for a license and release pictures of the GroPro system upon the Patent being filed.
If the LOI's turn into agreements that would be great; however, I believe the GroPro system is more of the driver here. Considering this will enable businesses of any size to be able to produce a MMJ crop efficiently within a very confined space. Right now, INCC is trying to provide some type of short-term revenue which is nice and it would definitely help ease some of the rumors.
Honestly, with any penny stock you are taking a risk... but I don't think we can say its a scam yet. Since everything is up in the air as to what will actually occur. I don't think the CEO would continue to press the issue that they are moving forward if it was a giant scam. Also in the previous PR we would have expected all three of the LOI's to have been signed if he was looking for a quick way out. I personally feel its worth the risk... and non-convertible funding means a lot.
