You do know why a lot of institutions are not allowed to trade American OTC equities, don't you? It's because the OTC is populated with many liars, cheaters and thieves.

Let's keep things in perspective.

Accounts in Swiss and German banks are not buying and selling a non-SEC reporting pink sheet company like DECN. I appreciate the attempt to spin some of the selling, but fact is it's a limited pink sheet company, quite small on the radar, actually.

Some small retail tax loss selling, coupled with EOM dilution to pay some bills.

Still no uplisting, no conference call, no definitive court victory, and no product moving off the shelves. GLTA
