Sony would not get into business with a company about to go under. Sony has done their Due diligence and they see a future with Gander.tv

Channel distributors are highly interested, this is not the end of the road for Gander.tv, just the beginning :-)

Companies like Sony would never do their own Due Diligence on a start up company they are going to do business with.
