Thats 200 MIL, the A/S is getting reduced from 1 Bil to 200 MIL, Check the last PR.

Clarification please - you don't really mean 1B OS - you mean 1B Authorized is being reduced, correct? There is a heck of a difference in those two definitions.

I thought we expected to see as many as 2 PRs this week? That possibility gone?
