Thanks Leirum, at least that makes some sense of what might be happening. As long as I've been in this stock, I have become kinda numb to all of the goings on. I still am holding out hope that something will break soon. GLTA

Hi Leirum, I fully agree.

but this is not only a problem in Swizerland, it`s a problem in Germany too. And a friend of mine told me the same procedure is in France.

A lot of (or all) German Banks don´t allow anyomore buying pennystocks, currently it is only allowed to sell.

This is not only a problem for me, it is also a problem for some friend of mine, who are invested in decn too.

We only can sell and that´s a pitty.

Here a google translation about the reasons why restricted:

"Why trade is restricted?
The US financial authorities are investigating particular penny stocks and nano- cap stocks are traded on Wall Street as part of the current US money laundering investigations. In particular, plays a role in whether the chain transparency can be ensured without gaps from the bearing point through to investors. Thus, for example, had the US warehouse Brown Brothers Harriman ( BBH) pay violations due to substantial anti - money laundering a penalty of $ 8 million . The American " Financial Industry Regulatory Authority " (short: FINRA ) had pointed out in a Regulatory Note Company in 2009 required to consider whether Wertpiere are suitable for sale to the public . Due to the (rightly ) increasingly stringent legislation now almost all US depositories (BBH , Knight Security's , UBS , BNP , etc. ) have been trading in these securities severely limited or provide partial no longer trade in selected papers on . It also occurs in some cases to a tightening of custody so that these papers not only can not be traded , but also no longer be held . This means that investors get delivered the papers uncertificated , which entails significant costs and goes far beyond the value of the products."

This will keep a lot of money away in the future from the US OTC-Market! A lot of money!!!

Of course! Swiss banks have been having to sell their large holdings in DECN. And the German banks too. Boy, I'll bet those European bankers are pretty po'd having to sell off one of their best, most sure-thing investments, and just before payday. Thanks for that totally rational explanation, Leirum, and God bless you for all the good work you do here.
