EPRS: Dew, why didn't they just IPO instead of merging with ZLCS?

Perhaps it's hindsight, but wouldn't they have been better off beginning fresh at a decent IPO price rather than RM'ing at $11 and drifting down to $5 or $6?

I’m watching EPRS and CHRS pretty closely; commented on EPRS in #msg-91508232, #msg-91531661, #msg-95745192, #msg-106600322, and #msg-100707725. Haven’t bought any shares yet.

Do you have EPRS fully-diluted share count handy? They only had about $24M in cash as of end of 3Q14. With net loss of about $14M in 3Q14 alone, I assume they are going to need to raise a good chunk of cash soon.
