I have extensively in the past. My posts are full of my objections to the Section 3(a)(10) hijacking settlement.

One particular would be the 365K CM Research LLC seeks for their services outlined in the settlement.

Has CM Research and/or compensated consultants been paid yet for any of their services performed for XNRG? Do they expect to be paid in the future via the settlement proceeds?

XNRG already has one IR person, Peter Matousek, why the need for another?

What justifies CM Research LLC holding a 365K debt over the shareholder equity of XNRG, when no shareholder equity appreciation has been seen in four years, and none in the current time either.

Reality is XNRG is further encumbered by the "settlement", or at least the common shareholders are.
