Jackson, PSS won't answer the question and he is all but impossible to get ahold of. He is surrounded by people that are doing his bidding for him. The best bet is to ask those that have talked to him...like I have done...and confirmed that he is filing an IPO.
He will file an IPO for all Nant companies. There will be no reverse merger. To argue with those that have asked him is to disregard the information one is being told. I don't get it at all. If I invested any money here as soon as I saw the words initial public offering I would have sold my entire investment.
I am hoping the ball drops on this scam shortly after year end so we can stop debating the truth (what is being said by PSS) vs a fantasy (That he is doing a RM).
