GOod post, james.

The DD was done here. We know that the CORE business is growing and its reassuring to hear that the company is not putting all of their eggs into one basket with the Niger deal. IMO it is out of their hands as there are many parties involved. It gets complicated as we all know with the delays, but the do happen every day.

For example, I sell real estate on the side and my buyer was supposed to have an inspection 3 weeks ago but got delayed as the water and gas needed to be turned on then turns out, new water pump was needed then the gas company need to get gas turned on, now town needs to okay it before the actual home inspection takes place. My point is that even something as basic as a home inspection took 3 extra weeks and still waiting....I can only imagine what is entailed with Niger behind the scenes! And yes we had to amend the contacts and redraw up some papers due to the delay, just like the NIGER deal in away.

Hi James,
Good post. For me, weighing all the "evidence" brings me to the conclusion I have. The fact that these contracts are strictly here say (not verifiable) and the company isn't fully reporting allows for the possibility of corruption and foul play. Similar to the Federal Reserve Bank if you've done any research on it. Unfortunately in my opinion people that can get away with things usually do and they are guilty until proven innocent.
