I don't think TD Ameritrade found it comical when they were ordered on 12/22 to purchase over 150,000 shares of stock that they had sold but did not possess. In addition they were ordered to reimburse the client what he paid for those shares as well.
I think we will be see lots more cases that are similar as word spreads. Abusive naked shorting will become a thing of the past as a result. Go NTEK!!!
