The hit piece was posted on 7/2/14.

Had the author read the 5-30-14 filing he would have seen that Sphere 3D had $1,005,334 in revenue for the period ending 3-31-14.

The author also inflated the share count by 5,000,000,000. He managed to include 2 huge lies by the time he finished his first sentence.

I did not waste my time reading the rest of the lies.
