You wouldn't believe this but frosting has a very short shelf life. I wonder how it sells?!? Or milk. Eggs. Veggies. Sour cream. Etc.

As long as it's longer than 1-2 weeks I don't see the problem. The wife goes shopping every two weeks anyways. I'm sure she isn't the only one.

Youre right, I've said before I would not buy this product other than to buy it and pass it out so others know about it. Also it would not be accepted into Whole Foods as it is currently formulated because several of the ingredients are not allowed in products carried in their store.

And why are health conscious people always referred to as nuts? What are you if you aren't a health nut, a sick nut or a disease nut? I wonder that sometimes. Another thing to note is that less than 100 years ago, organic, whole and mostly unprocessed foods were the only things available to eat. So everyone back then was a health nut by those standards!
