If true, wouldn't that fact be enough to conclude misleading the investment public, by an insider?

This is the 'undervaluation' of a company in the classic sense.


The current replacement value of each asset, as standalone investment opportunity, might currently be higher than the market valuation of the company.



Just imagine, him bying stock worth of $5000,- wile drawing a few hundred K anually...

TAIPAN's ceo Max Birley bought 2.700.000 shares at way more than a mere cent... to show confidence.
