I would say yes, JN has sold shares this year, but he still holds about 4 million shares and Richard Emard holds around 20 million shares. It would be odd if these guys dumped all their shares, but the fact is they are holding most of them. If they thought the pps was going to tank, wouldn't they sell all or most of their shares instead of sitting back and watching their money shrink? You have to ask yourself why they are still holding so many shares.

I would say turning a zero revenue company into a $20 million revenue company in a year plus getting another aquisition, expanding into Nevada, and probably finding or being very close to finding a manufacturing partner does merit $750k.

Amongst dozens of reason he should sell some stock, the most basic reason is 10 kids, a wife and all asociated cost that go with just living. We tend to forget these are people first.

Clooney, really sit down and ask yourself why Richard Emard of SUNworks is holding onto 20 million shares. Could it be SUNworks grew from 27 projects in 2013 to 97 in 2014 and under a million revenue 2013 to over $20 million 2014? Could it be that SUNworks has tripled the size of its headquarters and is expanding into Nevada and is now an Elite Sunpower dealer?

Logic says Emard sees this growth trend continuing and the share price rising accordingly. So he is holding onto his shares. I suggest you do the same.

And no offense but you said no one has addressed this issue but it has been addressed mamy, many times.

As for JN, he continues to hold onto the lion's share of his shares for the same reason. And Chiink is right on, JN is a real person with a big family to support and bills to pay, so he has to sell some shares. I meant to include that fact in my last post.
