Exactly. Congress writing immunity from the judicial branch right into the text of legislation has been an increasingly common and very disturbing trend. I first noticed it when I read the TARP bill. Check it out. It's a very short bill but right in the text it says this law is not subject to judicial review. Of course that is totally illegal and contrary to even the most basic understanding or interpretation of the constitution. But some judges (Lamberth) apparently do fall for it. I dare say the supreme court would be just as likely to fall for it as not, sadly.
