Not word by word. But they specifically refer to the F10 in the last 8k as being submitted.

A F10 needs the audit to be done. Right?

My point is why would he lie in an 8k filing when he can do it in the blog for much less of a legal risk?

And if you think he is lying in the 8k, then why be a SH at all?

Why would EP ever try to harm the PPS? I can't figure it out. He is the biggest shareholder.
If anyone knows a way he or Fred could benefit from it please inform me.
