He didn't file OUR business taxes in Cali as he didn't in Delaware for 2012,2013 and 2014..The company wasn't in business in 2013 and 2014, so why file? When you dropped by the office this year you took a picture of the 2012 lien..There was no lien for 2013 and in April 1 of next year there will be no lien for 2014..The reason..Radient has been void since March 1, 2013..That is why radient will make a good shell for Provista Diagnostics to reverse merge into you understand...Now Radient shell has no Business property assets..The Orange County sheriffs own it...
