They shouldn't be talking about uplisting at all.

NASDAQ traders will PUNISH this stock for these kind of fluff PR's. We'd get delisted so fast our heads would spin.

Now that Lympro is available to pharmaceutical industry for clinical trials.

Here is what to expect.

AMBS goes to pharmaceutical company engaged in trial and engages them to use Lympro. Currently Amyvid is charging more than $3500 per patient for various scans. AMBS will charge them say $2500 which would be about 50% savings. $1500 goes to ICON (staff+facility expense) and AMBS keeps $1000 per patient.

There are three phases in clinical trials. Phase 1 would recruit 100 patients, phase 2 300 patients and phase 3 900 patients.

Phase 1 : 100 patients x 2500 cost per patient = 250,000 = $100,000 (AMBS profit)

Phase 2 : 300 patients x 2500 cost per patient = 750,000 = $300,000 (AMBS profit)

Phase 3 : 900 patients x 2500 cost per patient = 2,250,000 = $1,000,000 (AMBS profit)

There are currently 130 clinical trials actively recruiting however I don't think AMBS would be able to provide them all support given infrastructure is not in place. If ICON can manage it then that would be one hell of undertaking. So lets say they are entertaining 1 phase 1,phase 2 and phase 3. So if you add phase 1,2,3 number that would be 1.3 mil revenue to AMBS.

I personally don't know how much ICON can accomodate but if they can manage large number of patients at the same time more revenues will come to AMBS.

It could see .03 .04 cents then run again to .15-25 then what reverse again.
