Just ran across this website while surfing. Saw guy with shrimp burger business on the "Shark Tank" program also. (http://www.blackenterprise.com/small-business/abc-shark-tank%E2%80%99s-chef-big-shake-goes-up-against-major-brands-with-crowdfunding/) This entire industry looks promising. IMO
