Well, I think it's just an expression. But it could be measured by the hundreds of thousands that show up on the offer everyday.
It could also be measured with the transfer agent. Unfortunately, there's a gag order on him. Only the sleaziest of companies put a gag order on the TA. Don't the shareholders have a right to know?
