For the last 9 months, Titan has traded between $1.50 and $2.00. Anyone who's purchased Titan in the last 9 months doesn't give a flip where Titan was priced 13 months ago. And if it cntinues to trade sideways, in another couple months it will soon be trading at a new 52-week low. Pathetic performance by most any measurement!
