I have never seen any record of Wendy's trading of EDIG stock. Because she was not an officer of he company, her trading was not made public.

She very well may have profited from the pop, but I have no way of knowing for sure.

You may be thinking of Renee Warden, who was the former chief accounting officer and participated in the insider selling on the same day and the day after the NASDAQ application PR (2/3/00).

Chowderhead:Wendy is not stupid, I have met and talked to her and I doubt that she would be leaving if the opportunity to become rich was in the near future. Just a guess because she was very upbeat at the 2003 CES.
