Wilfred Shaw, an accredited investor that would have increased the O/S to 82,674,381.
Why do you keep subtracting out the 40 million from the November 17 O/S figure when it is obvious that 40 million more shares entered the O/S on December 11 making the new total O/S 82,674,381.
