One question. If the O/S was already as of November 17, 2014, 42,674,381 and on December 11, 2014, the registrant Sanborn Resources Ltd. (the “ Corporation ” ) sold 40,000,000 shares of Corporation common stock to
Wilfred Shaw, an accredited investor that would have increased the O/S to 82,674,381.

Why do you keep subtracting out the 40 million from the November 17 O/S figure when it is obvious that 40 million more shares entered the O/S on December 11 making the new total O/S 82,674,381.

Great DD SantaZar!! IMO, SANB is that kind of rare, low float, Buy and Hold for mid double digits kind of stock you don't commonly see on the OTC...These don't come around very often. I feel blessed to be holding here and still having the opportunity to purchase some more shares quite cheaply given the Holiday pullback. GO SANB!!
