What morning were you watching this? Because the listed MM's you mentioned all sat behind the .0040 mark. VFIN wasn't even in the game at all.

When this tests and holds .0040 the next time it maybe the last time, so get closer to your L2 and get in where you fit in.

The thing that should strike you most in my opinion is the fact they won't let it go below .0030.

So it's not necessarily manipulation but rather them protecting their margins. So be worried if you see VFIN or BKRT, the others not so much. If the support stays, this thing should start rising quite nicely real soon.
