#74602 RE: bar1080 #74601

My favorite line from court ruling..

Unlike the claims in DDR the ’466 Patent claims are directed to nothing more
than the performance of a long-known abstract idea “from the pre-Internet world”—
collecting, accessing, and managing health records in a secure and private manner—
on the Internet or using a conventional computer.

Genius invention!!!

Management said cared about shareholders....The PR IMO, is disingenous, as to letting shareholders honestly know what the court rulings actually meant...First paragraph doesn't even come close, IMO, to courts decision, and how it effects shareholders, and the company..
I didn't read anything in the courts decisions that talked about the "OTHER" claims not affected". Did I somehow miss that?

MyMedicalRecords, Inc. will continue to pursue opportunities to monetize its 13 U.S. patents

Really? Come on now....what does that even mean?
monetize patents?

Who overseas is going to store their PHR here? Is there a storeroom full of the MMRPRo's?
How can MMRF even try to get a business entity to license anything?

The Company and its patent attorneys remain confident in their positions as to all of MMR's claims, and plans on appealing the Court's decisions to address the validity of the patents at the appellate level sooner than later.

Really, SOONER THAN LATER? Doesn't the court have time limits for appeals? MMRF and its attorneys had their chance explaining claims in precious hearings, right? What do they have new to say? Where is money going to come from now to fund this? SCM itself has taken years...

V. CONCLUSION
For the reasons above, the Court finds that the asserted claims of the ’466
Patent are patent ineligible, and Defendants’ Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is
GRANTED without leave to amend. Defendants are directed to submit a proposed
judgment by January 8. 2015. All hearing dates in the above captioned cases are
VACATED and all pending motions in the above captioned cases are MOOT.
