So you contend that because there is a change in the company web site, that that proves that there is no SEC investigation?

Thats incorrect as MDN* is currently under SEC investigation and was moved to greys and they still posted info, new website, new name etc. as an example. Any company can still operate in the normal course and communicate with shareholders but they better be extra careful as they are under a microscope.
