#67561 RE: uneverknow #67560

Auryn may have recognized they were dealing with scoundrels who controlled both MDMN of Chile and MDMN USA when they capped the issuance (dilution) of new shares in the now parent company. They probably did this so that they could purchase shares of MDMN IF the mineral deposits became economically feasible to extract.and not be subject to the dilution of their purchases.

What may have started out as one type of scam may (due to there actually be value in the claims used for the scam) have turned into another way to fleece the stockholders by dilution.

We can only hope the claims are so valuable that even the diluted shares have a greater value then anticipated.

It's a gamble and probably A LONG SHOT. As I said previously if you can't afford to lose your investment, GET OUT ASAP but don't be driven out by any one whose motives may be suspect.

You measure the risk you can afford to take and then act accordingly.

If many shareholders decide to get out the price of the shares will undoubtedly drop allowing the gamblers to pick them up at a more reasonable price relative to the risk they are taking.
