What it will take is a expeditious move to NASDAQ to secure solid funding through institutional investments. Other than that it will take a minor miracle to make it another year. BUT, it has been much worse for this company yet they find a way to stay alive.

I thought you said earlier in the year that you expected about 1% chance they will make it through trials are you now lowering that below 1%?
