it is COLORADO-legislation-that-"approves"/"denies"-licenses-in-90-days

so when the WHOLE STATE and attorney/consultant world sees 90 days as the LIMIT on the time it takes to be licensed or receive a turndown…………

I don't go with the thought-up excuse of ANY other source……..state mandate is good enough for INCC DD

play the FLIP trade and the gains will happen if the trading experience is there…..otherwise…BEWARE

Mehos has been contacted and has discussed his project……….INCC is just ONE of many interested groups in his Chaffee County "approval"….MEHOS won't have an official OPERATIONAL MMJ license until State gives their license approval, and his "grow house" meets proper zoning and building codes…………….he is independent of INCC……..NOT A GOOD reliable situation, those 600M shares can be thrown back at INCC any time, especially the LESS they are worth
