I'd guess around $1m.

But PYDS should be able to turn it into more than that since PYDS will now be doing the processing instead of Akimbo's processor.

This is one of the reasons payment companies are so attractive to being acquired. The acquiring company can add revenues and profits with hardly any incremental fixed costs...although in this case it looks like PYDS retained Akimbo's staff, so they probably have larger plans for it.

RE: Hoch helping out a Texas buddy...as soon as I saw the release I started to research if Akimbo/Frost had any connection to Hoch. I couldn't find anything in my short search, but believe me, I certainly wouldn't be surprised.
