Another thing I was thinking about regarding the S1 and multiple submissions and peoples frustration with it is: 1)The government is full of bean counters and I can't help but wonder if the company wound up with a reviewer that was over interpreting the regs. 2) They changed reviewers for each submission and each had to have their own ownership of the review. Happens all the time and I found it very frustrating to deal with govt. gate keepers. Well, that's my two cents!
