I thought JF said no more dilution before the 2B dump in the 1st quarter?

During that interview he indicated that they had stopped selling shares, at that point, IMO he didn't say or mean they would never sell any again. Admittedly, there was a news blackout from less than 2 billion to being slapped with 3.3 billion on the annual.

1. Sub-count
2. Profitibility
3. Time-line of profitibility @ 15k sub-count by end of 4th quarter 2005.

...just to name a few.
