Thank you kindly, really nice to see Nick and Affinor enjoined as well as Lund, Hilty and Herbal Analytics. Makes me laugh rereading this total BS Affinor PR from Nov. 12th:

"Court Orders Abattis Bioceuticals to Cease Emergency Motions Against Affinor Growers Inc., Affinor Growers LLC and Nick Brusatore. Judge Agrees There is No Basis for Such Claims by Abattis"

At this point there is a lot to be gained and not much to lose. I like how the judge wants Herbal Analytics to supply him with detailed business records going forward, ensuring they can't go behind his back.

Great news. Love the language by court where it states that it is likely plaintiffs will prove their case. Very nice. Hope damages are hugh.
