-This stock NEVER closed at $.20 or above. It barely managed to sneak above $.17 for a mere couple of days (four, to be precise).
-When the stock DID briefly run in the past, the float was approximately 40% less than now. Dilution matters. Dirty inside deals matter, too.
-We're five years or more away from a real open pit mining op, assuming it ever happens, and that is being optimistic. And no one has so much as a clue as to how our potential 15% translates into net royalties.
-A $100MM purchase divided by 1.5MMM shares equals.... well... you do the math.
