I'm long... Feb of 2013 to be exact... I have seen a lot of strides... but there are definitely annoying things too. They really just need to learn to not say anything unless its 100% sure to happen... even if it was like 80% accurate it would be better than what is happening. I feel like 40% of the things they say actually happen when they say it will... Can't deny that they have made BIG strides in the last 2 years, just can't deny that lots of promises that have fallen through during the same time.
