The price will keep rising on smaller volume because all of the shares are bought up and it will generate a lot of attention and momentum players.

Yes, that is a stretch of the imagination....but everything is relevant to the value of the company. An announcement of a major contract would re-write the value over night. This company has been there before so not out of the question. I remember trading this stock a few years back....bought in at .55 and sold just under $1/share in less than 3 days time.
