This was Vince's 1st scam as far as I know, then it was off to Axio, then to World and back to Axio after diluting about 180M on a push from .003 to .09 in less than 33 days after taking over World. All the usual Vince moves, create or have a criminal associate create a "company" to "acquire" and have it promoted selling shares all the way up and down.
