See Victor, Price, and Matthew have a plan. Turbine jet engines are round. So, they figure a 10,000 to 1 reverse split and then inform shareholders. But GLGT shareholders need not be informed that jet engines are round. Because Victor, Price , and Matthew have plans of bending all GLGT shareholers over those round jet engines after the merger and then the pump action really starts to post split the ASSets of GLGT sharehlders. Kinda of a nasty split they planned post R/S for all the shareholders to feel. Misti thought the entire lack of spit after the reverse split of bending us over round engines was kinda of erotic. Funny her name is on the complaints being filed also.

But news flash.
