Because at the end of the day, the CFO, like you, is just a person. It's not like he's dumping tens of thousands of shares. He gets paid in stock and he has the right at any point to cash that in. It's his own decision. And either way, what type of answer do you expect he would give if he gave you the light of day and actually entertained that question. I don't think he would say, " this company is going no where I lost complete faith" he would probably say, "to each their own, man"

The constant nagging of TITXF management by ihub posters is crazy to me. You're taking up a lot of their valuable time! You're not going to gain any inside, non public info, just let them get to work and stop the constant nagging.

CFO Randall sold his shares because either A. He needs some Christmas money B. Because he has a dreary outlook on Titan shares, or C. Because he's going to get canned (which I wouldn't be surprised, his employee bio is severely lacking)

You both make valid arguments/points. My observation is simply this...if I needed some extra cash and I knew these shares were going to be worth at least double/triple or more in the next few months, I'd take a short term loan from a financial institution. JMO and we all view things slightly differently.
