Bayport is finishing our 2013 audits and have already started on our 2014. We have finished 2012 and will be filing a Super 8 k to become fully reporting.

Weeeee with gas at $3 per 1000 cubic ft, that's a whopping $240 a day weeeeeeeeee. Plus they only get a percentage of that if any of this is true. No wonder why this POS is in the gutter

That promised BAYP Super 8-k is the only new thing we've heard since July...

A Super 8K is usually filed for a merger or reverse merger...

Will be interesting to see who's merging, if it really happens, though...
