OK. But whoever is telling you this cannot chalk up a whole paragraph on preffered shares to a typo unless the prefferd shares is part of the 350 billion. I am sure a red flag goes off in your head when you think about it.
Acually if they take the preferred shares out now, it is becuase of the reaction that we had.
Apparently(so I've heard) Frank and rene are still shown as the board members too. This last RS request that has been nulled may also have something to do with the fact that Frank and rene are actually still in the picture somehow and that they(fan) need their signatures to authorize this change. Bad news.
