for INCC to deflect the "done what they said" responsibility by using the "excuse" words "should" and "believe" is why its ACCURATELY called a PUMP and DUMP

INCC has continued to move forward with their plan despite "information" stated on this board. While there have been set backs, it is hard to find an overall downward trend from this company. Management has been accomplishing their objectives while bringing value to shareholders. Trajectory of the company is positive.

Looking at the shorting information, this is just plain manipulation.
