once a product is created, the expectation is that it will be purchased. If it isn't, the company needs to sustain, like the edsel. If the company doesn't have that ability, it runs into what QTN did. Don't make it any more complicated than that. If they had subscribers to cover the network monthly costs we wouldn't be discussing this right now.
