kim cant get rid of ben no matter how useless and extremely over paid he is...ben is and has always been a part of the csc deal...

The 2011 agreement stated that Kim was to use their IR and the following agreements all are based on that 2011 agreement because Kim never used up all the shares from 2011 and the agreement rolled over to the following contracts.
the recent S1 filing is a totally new agreement. I don't see the IR requirement in it.
