there were 4 acquisitions this year with about 20M shares at $10.00 and $50M in convertible debt.

the debt converts at 70% of 5 day VWAP.

they need to average their holdings down. I figure they each want 10 or 20M shares at .10 or so, this will make their average holding between 3 and 5 bucks. they should be about there at this point.
