I was new to trading and especially pinks, and didn't realize that a CEO could get away with saying whatever he or she pleases with no repercussion whatsoever. Sure, they might be off a bit in their assessments or timelines, but that's to be expected. Nick just plain lied his #%& off time and time again and got off scot-free!
