Sorry, Angel registered those businesses and subsidiaries legally within Florida in 2009. I've worked 30 years in and around IT. Major IT
projects take a minimum of 18-36 months to establish.

Under Angel's direction,

- Design the framework (architecture)
- Get the back office in place
- Develop, test and fine-tune the data structure
- Collect and correlate the data samples
- Load test, harden and tweak the infrastructure

Meanwhile, Angel's back out and front building relationships

- Working with industry experts
- Founding advocacy groups for MJ (PCA-LA)
- Promoting the cause (speaking engagements, movies)
- Formalizing strong partnerships with dispensaries,
collectives and physicians
