Who said that they aren't sitting around the table discussing things already? Only so much can be released without an official agreement or that would be big trouble.... The PR seems to say a lot more than people are reacting to, I guess it's part of doing good DD and increasing knowledge as you go along... I learned a lot today with a little research and comments from like 2 people today.
FDA still have questions, not approve yet, Patience if what is need in medicine. Leave no stones un-turned, I hope they will continue to take their time and do it right. It is nothing worst than FDA approving a later fail drug.
